AP Interview Panel

    The interview panel made up of the principal, BOM person and Independent person. Can the "Independent" Person be a friend of the Principal?
    As this has happened in a school.

    Sadly,you will find that there are no morals here! Yes and furthermore the same gent/lady will turn up at virtually every interview you will go to over your career..........but do not be afraid as your name may be in his top pocket one day and viola! you are successful!!!

    It will only be in his top pocket if he/SHE likes you. It is also used to keep good staff down and favour others. The problem with principal in full controll as that they will only appoint one type. Somebody who shares their beliefs and conversations.
