Childcare double booking

Hi, We recently paid a deposit for a creche place and they called today to say they were double booked and could no longer offer us a place. They are going to refund the costs. Is this something we should just accept? Also are there any recommendations for any creche around the bray area?

theres not really much you can do apart from ask them to consider you over the other family. Its more then likely a genuine mistake.
