Activate 'my eir' email

I registered for 'my eir' about 2 hours ago. I was told an email would be sent to activate the account. Two hours later and still no email. I took a screenshot of my registration page to confirm the correct email address was submitted. I have also checked in my Junk folder.

Having not received an email, I tried to log into my account but it just says it is locked. There isn't a facility to resend the activation email as far as I can see. Any ideas?

Registered again at 8.30 this morning. Still no email activate account. Is this facility working?

What with this issue and the contract length system error as posted in an earlier thread, not a great start with Eir.

I give up. Have tried another two times, plus once via the downloaded 'my eir' app on my phone, still no activation email.

Whats the best way to cancel the 30 day contract (I am in the 14 day cooling off period)?

    Thanks
