Unlocking Code for Huawei B315s-22 modem

    Dear Eir,
    I am trying to get an unlock code for Huawei B315s-22 modem. 

    Unfortunately I cancelled my contract before I got the unlock code. As a result I cannot access Customer services on 1901 as my telephone number and contract number do not seem to exist anymore. Web chat seems not to be working and I'm not having much luck on the e-mail front as well. Also tried ringing the store where I bought it from. (Their voicemail is full)

    Can you please help me?

    We are aware that our Web chat team are receiving a high volume of chats so sincere apologies for the delay. They are the online online team that will be able to process any unlocking codes. The only other option to have is to call 1800303610 and see if they can assist you there
