Hi all,

I've seen a few threads here discussing pyrite in the Ryebridge estates im Kilcock. I'm just wondering if most of this has been remedied at this stage and if it hit all of the house types or just some of them?

We are currently looking at one of the duplexes in Ryebridge Lawns (top 2 floors house), we will be getting a standard surveyor in ASAP but didn't notice anything in terms of cracks on our own personal viewing but of course it could be lurking. The estate agent has mentioned they haven't heard of any issues when asked.

Any opinions would be much appreciated!
