Contract is finished but cannot contact Eir

    My combined broadband and mobile contract is up and I have been trying to contact Eir to see if there is any offer they can make before I look at changing to another operator. For the past week I have tried 1901 and chat without success. Yesterday I called into an Eir shop but was told they only deal with mobile and are not allows to make offers to existing customers. Is it possible to talk to anyone in Eir before I take up another operator’s offer?
