    Hi,

    I filled out the form for a house move on https://www.eir.ie/movingHome.jsp a few weeks ago but all I've got back is 2 identical emails that said it would take 5-10 working to hear back but I haven't heard anything and it's passed the 10 working days.

    Can you check this please? I can PM account details as required.
