Indemity letter X3

Hi Reps,

Since the refund cheques were issues in Jan I have issued 3 indemnity letters to Irish Water as the recipient of the refund has passed away. As executor I am fed up dealing with Irish water. On calls in Jan I was told you'd send me out a letter, that didn't happen, then I was told that you never send them out, I had to download from the website. I've done that now in Feb, April and again in Sept.


I am at a loss now. I don't have time during my working day to spend waiting to here to the same scripted messages from the agents on the calls. Please help me expedite this matter so I can close it out finally.
