It’s a Bentone oil boiler, not firing. Checked oil level in tank and all good.

    Location south county Dublin.

Power getting to the burner ? Check fuses .

Is it starting with the reset button on the front of the burner ?

What fuses? How do I check power? What is reset button? Have zero knowledge of boilers.

You boiler will have a fuse on the fuseboard.

Make sure it hasn't tripped .

The starter burner mounted on the front of the boiler will have a big reset button on the front of it.

Press it in. You should hear the burner kick in

Appreciate the help but can’t diy it. Got a few numbers off Facebook plumbing forum so ring those in morning, thanks.

Well you could actually just check the fuse is tripped on the board.

And you could just press the reset button on the front of the machine.

    These are not rocket science......

You could do either in about 3 minutes tops.

    Alas...
