I use Kiehl's Targeted Blemish Spot Treatment - I find it dries out the spot quickly and helps to clear it up.
It contains Salicylic Acid - the best thing you can use to fight spots in my opinion.
The Ordinary do a Salicylic Acid that I will be trying once my Kiehl's runs out.

+1 for The Ordinary Salicylic Acid.  I have oily skin and blocked pores and I apply a thin layer of it each morning and my skin has cleared up dramatically. You can also apply on the blemish and it will dry up overnight. Its a really good price point (around €5) but the company are in trouble so stock up in Arnotts if you want it as it may not be around for long!
