    I cannot access this I have been in contact with Eir CS over the last number of weeks and this issue has not been resolved. Please advise.

    Hi there Marty Bird

    We've had a few issues with "my eir" which is still being looked into. If you can't access "my eir", the app won't work. Hopefully this will get resolved soon
