40 sq meter extension

Carpentry

Fit skirting throughout.
Supply and fit 5 new door frames, architrave x 5, door stops x 5 and hinges, locks and handles for all and floor studs.

Plastering

40 sq meter plaster all, after plasterboard have been fitted.

Painting

Painting needed for about 30 sq meter, remainder is windows, doors and tiling.
