Last bill was in credit

    Hi there,

    I recently left Eir mobile to move to a competitor.

    I received a "bill" (my last one) and it's for a negative amount (-€44.81).

    I was expecting a refund but haven't gotten one.
    Can someone please advise?

    You need to ring them up for them to issue a refund. madness you dont need to ring them for them to take it

    The refund should automatically process 30 days after the final bill, if you are outside this timeframe our customer care team via 1901 will be able to arrange this for you and advise you on all.
