    Hi
I would really appreciate any ideas about the following situation. I had an interview for a site manager position in a convenience shop. Before deciding if they will offer me the job or not they asked me to visit the shop and send them my feedback on how i would improve the shop or positive/negative impressions. I dont really know how to do this and i need to send by email.
Can anyone help me with some ideas/ exemples?
    Thank you so much
    Xoxo

Store layout - how is the flow?
Are offers highlighted so to maximise sales?
    Is stock price pointed?
    Is stock easily accessible?
Can you see anything that they are not selling that you think would sell well?
Is it neat/tidy? Stock front facing? Well merchandised?
Staff - friendly when dealing with customers? Not distracted talking to other staff? Approachable?

    Hmmm.

My instinct makes me think this means you're not suitable for the role.

Have you ever worked in a shop before?

If so, did you never notice any problems or things which could be improved?

    Ah, gotcha.

I think I would probably attach it to the e-mail as a PDF.

I would organise it like this:

    Page 1:
    Summary of findings

    Page 2:
Finding 1 and what can be improved

    Page 3:
Finding 2 and what can be improved

    Page 4:
Finding 3 and what can be improved

Something like that. The idea being they can get a quick overview on the first page, and can drill down into the details on the following pages.
