Eir Mobile Connect - 30 Day

    Placed an order for a SIM only 'Mobile Connect - 30 Day' plan. I have just received an email order confirmation stating:

    Your Bundle Includes: eir Mobile Connect - 30 Day

    Contract Length:12 Months

    I understood the contract to be a rolling 30 day contract i.e. that I could cancel anytime by giving 30 days notice. Why is the contract length showing as 12 months?

    Hi standemancini, 

    I can confirm that will all 30 day plans there is no contract applied, this would be a system error and is not correct.
