LeafSpy dongle issue?

    Hi.

Bit of a weird one, and I'm not totally convinced I'm right, but does this ring any bells with anyone?

I got a dongle and LeafSPy about a month ago. Both working fine, apparently. However, to get an ongoing set of data from the dongle, I decided to leave it plugged into the socket under the steering wheel for about the past week and a half.

I noticed over this period (and this might be just a coincidence) that any time I logged into the Nissan Connect EV app to check charge level and/or turn on climate control, the trip switch for the charge point at home went off. At work last Friday, this had the effect of actually locking the cable to the charging unit, but the trip switch did not actually go off.....the unit seemed to lose power and wouldn't release the cable. Luckily a caretaker was around and I tripped and reset the circuit breaker for the charger....this restored power to the unit and I was then able to get my cable out.

Anyhow, the only change in my behaviour over this time was to leave the dongle plugged into the car at all times. Would/could this have caused the problem? I removed it from the socket yesterday evening and the car charged and worked with the app with no issues last night or this morning.
