I saw that works carried out in Wicklow today, finished around 11.30. Have left tap running now 20 mins and water still brown. Is this just a matter of persistence.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your query and we are sorry for any inconvenience that these works have caused you.

Discoloured water is a normal occurrence after works. We recommend to run your cold kitchen tap for few minutes. If this doesn't help, please let us know and we can investigate this matter on your behalf.

    Thanks,
    Agata
