    I contacted eir at 9.20 this morning. Suprisingly, I got through to an agent( I think his name was Robert) , who could not help me, so he transferred me to customer service. I am still on hold!!!!

    I cannot bear this disgraceful service any longer, I just want to cancel my account and have one less stress in my life. But, with Eir, we are not entitled to the service we pay for, and yet, we cannot cancel either the service either!!!

    Whether legal or not, I am going to cancel the DD this morning. .. I am sick to the teeth with this company.
