    I have an interview with Final CoCo Wednesday, has anyone any hints of what the interview would be like, questions etc?

    Any information would be great!

    If its anything like the Meath one then it is literally asking you the same questions as on your application form. And pretty much nothing else.

    Check the newspaper before you go in for anything related to Local Authorities.
    They like to ask questions about that.

    Also, colleague of mine was asked the following question in an interview for an EO with Fingal Co Co:

    You're walking to work and you see a dead horse on the road.
    What department do you call?

    Cheers lads for the help. It went grand, pretty much asked questions based on my application which had my work experience, education etc. 20 minutes long and pretty laid back interviewers

    Does anyone know how many CO's they will be recruiting from the interviews last week? I had an interview myself but never asked this question. Lol thanks

    I wouldn't imagine they will recruit too many..maybe 8 or so?(Although I am guessing..)

    they will form a panel however from which to fill vacancies as they arise.

    Got my results and passed interview on a panel and it's valid for 12 months. Fingers crossed I'm not waiting too long
