Software Developer no degree, fastest way to get one?

    Hello,

    I've about 5 years working as a Software Engineer in top level companies,

    Back in my country, I got two NFQ level 6 certificates on this field, and now I am looking for different ways to improve my studies in this country.

    I've seen some courses in institute of technologies that would accept me based on my experience.

    What is the difference between a NFQ level 8 diploma and a ordinary degree?

    Can I do a Master's degree with a NFQ level 8 Diploma?

    I am a bit lost, this country have wider paths than mine and its a bit confusing.

    In the other hand, My girlfriend, who also works on a IT company and holds a Master's Degree (in a non related field) is interested in some of this 1 year conversion course. Is it really possible to get a job with one of this courses?
