Looking for a decent paw trimmer for my very hairy Shih Tzu.

I've had Wahl before which works well, but never lasts more than a year, no matter how well I take care of it!

Any and all recommendations gratefully received.

    TIA :)

I’ve always use scissors. The last pair I got from Christie’s Direct. I can’t remember the name of them, but they swivel which is fantastic on my wrist. I find they last a lot longer and don’t frighten like clippers.

For info, I’m not a groomer, I just do the in between tidy up.

Yes, I use scissors as well to take off the coat between the pads and where the dew claw is. I just need something between the pads to trim them down properly.

    Thanks! :)
