Dinosaur eggs came in many colors

    Further evidence that theropod eggs were as varied and colorful as today's bird's. Deinonychus, the Jurassic Park "raptor", apparently laid blue-green eggs. Sauropods and ornitischians, however, apparently laid white eggs exclusively which may have been a sign that they buried the eggs like turtles and other reptiles today.
