Would appreciate if anyone would have an idea of the average sq.ft cost in Kerry currently. Looking into building my own house (own the site), applying for planning permission- only at the early stages. Budget would be 180,000/200,000. For the above budget I am thinking I would be lucky to have 1600 builders finish? Or am…

Would appreciate if anyone would have an idea of the average sq.ft cost in Kerry currently. For the above budget I am thinking I would be lucky to have 1600 builders finish? Or am I completely off the mark here and the costs could be much higher per sq. Ft.
