Existing customer - SIM change to newer SIM

    Hi,

    I am.an existing customer with an old meteor sim (non 4G). I have a newer eir SIM which I obtained from your wensure. How does one switch their number to the new SIM, and how long does this typically take? Can it be done online or by phone ?
