Can't get my new phone delivered

    I am waiting for delivery of my iPhone that I ordered from you. It came to my house but nobody was here because you had my phone number wrong, and I never received a confirmation or a tracking number. I got on to nightline who have my phone and they said they cannot deliver it to me because the phone number they have doesn't match my number. 

    They asked me to ask you to email them with the new details. It is frustrating because I rang your customer service earlier, was on hold for 40 minutes and they said to contact nightline. I rang your customer service again after being on hold for 60 minutes, told the guy on the other end my story and he put me on hold again, while I was mid way through a sentence telling him that he didn't need to. Right now I am so frustrated I don't want to be your customer anymore, can we fix this please, cos I'm really annoyed by this.
