Genuine question- is understanding English a requirement to work on your online chat team?

This person didn’t have a clue what I was asking.

I feel like it has to be April fools day and I hadn’t noticed! This couldn’t be the actual standard of your online chat service?!!

Don't be so lazy, go take night classes in Hindi and contact chat again.

I've had this too, it seems their "agents" in India are juggling multiple chats at the same time, simply eir are by a long pile the worst company for customer service, if that was not bad enough their Irish reps have no shame about it. They are the modern day version of the council worker leaning on his shovel all day.

Yeah, I contacted them two days ago for help with my voip. The rep accidentally sent me messages that were for other customers, they are trying to deal with too many people at the same time. Probably understaffed at all levels of customer care.
