Went at the mothers 2010 Clio over the weekend while she is abroad. 8 years of general neglect and county side living tackled.

    Washed
De-tarred, took ages, car was covered in it and AG Tar remover is really crap, but I wasn't going to waste my precious Tardis.
Cleaned wheels with Turtle Wax Redline
    All door jams
Washed again, this time with various brushes (toothbrush was also used!) getting moss out of all the seals, rubbing strips nooks and crannies.
Hand polish with round polishing sponge and Meguiars UC.
    Polished out various light scratches.
    Sealed with AG EGP
Glass polished with AG glass polish
Tyres dressed (using super useless Demon Tyres, looks good for 5 mins).

A mash up of products, and no doubt missed a stage or two, but I was wrecked, my back was banjoed and the worst part is, her not being a car person, she probably won't even notice!

On the upside car looks almost factory fresh.
