Samsung galaxy wont make or receive calls

hi there my samsung galaxy core prime lite has just decided to stop making outgoing calls and barring all imcoming friends getting an engaged tone any one know what i might have hit by accident have looked at call barring etc, i know this happened once before but can remember how i fixed it last time

Would it be on Airplane of Flight mode?

Go to dial pad then should be a settings option top right. Click it and go call settings and then call bar.

i did a factory reset in the finish as literally went into panic when it wouldnt work... thanks for all the help
