I've just been on to VF tech support after having no bb for the past two days. Before I described my problem they guy immediatley told me of ongoing problems for the past fortnight throughout the country but eir are being very hush-hush over it. He logged my fault and asked me for my mac address before telling me things…

He logged my fault and asked me for my mac address before telling me things might be fixed by the weekend.

I've found nothing online relating to the above.

Anyone else know of this?
