Changing time on clock

I recently bought a 2011 megane Tom Tom, but don’t have the sat nav set up, really no need for it with google maps on my phone. But since the clocks went back over the weekend, I’ve tried to change the time but I can’t seem to get into the settings without a SD card. Anyone have any idea on how I go about doing it? Thanks
