    ok, so they seem to be coming in to  my iphone email account from eircom.net. 

    but still cant access online through chrome!

    Today's effort at Webmail is this:

    HTTP ERROR 500

    Problem accessing /service/preauth. Reason:

        Server Error

    HTTP ERROR 502

    or this:

    Problem accessing ZCS upstream server. Cannot connect to the ZCS upstream server. Connection is refused.
    Possible reasons:

        upstream server is unreachable
        upstream server is currently being upgraded
        upstream server is down

    Please contact your ZCS administrator to fix the problem.

    Thanks Tracey. I got through to Eir this morning. I think the reps name was Robert, who kindly "transferred" me to customer service so as I could cancel my account... but guess what??? I was left holding from 9.20am until 10:03 and still did not get to talk to a customer service agent!! So I had to hang up. I have no intention of wasting any more of my time listening to the music.

    I'm sorry to hear this, I understand this is frustrating. 

    Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel accounts from here, this has to be processed via 1901 or our online chat facility here
