I've had enough with 3's mobile internet, you know the bundle of 750gb's you get a month. Not gonna lie the deal sounds good and it works well enough during the day, but once the clock hits 8, it becomes unusable for the next 4 hours, and I'm not even exaggerating.

tl;dr I'm sick of 3's absolutely terrible service, is there any other mobile internet providers for a fair price? I live in rural Co.Meath and would love to have another choice.

I looked at vodafone's new 150GB 4G router deal, but all I've seen in the threads is people complaining about the same issues I listed out above that have occured with 3,

    Cheers lads.

Any setup where users get huge amounts of a finite supply of data for not a lot of money is always going to run into trouble.

We tried eir as we moved in to our new place, and it took them 4 months to come over and actually check the lines to find out there was no space available to install one for us, so I'm pretty disappointed with their approach.

I have googled around and found some new/unheard companies offering services, anyone know if they're any good?

    and PURE telecom,

    thanks !

You did not answer the question. What does the page say if you enter your Eircode on the link I posted.

I explained everything in my message, here's what I got anyway : Our network upgrade plans can be viewed on this map. As your premise is outside of a commercial deployment for high speed fibre broadband it is included in the National Broadband Plan (NBP). The NBP is a government sponsored programme to deliver high speed broadband to all homes and businesses in Ireland. Further details on the NBP can be found

Not good news I'm afraid. I can't really advise you on mobile broadband options as I'm not up to date on the options.

I know Net1 cover large parts of Meath with wireless broadband. Perhaps try contacting them.

What do you expect when they sell their "All you can Eat" data package, for a meagre €20, to everyone and their grandma with ZERO REGARD TO CONTENTION RATIOS?

    I would rather pay for a 1:12 package over a 1:500-1000+, thanks.
