What sort of range do their hourly rates vary from? And what percentage kickback do they get from the suppliers/shops that they use?

I recently paid 125Euro for a home consultation. I wanted some ideas for soft decor in a house that we've moved in to, and are now trying to style.
It lasted around 3.5hours and I was given some written notes/suggestions on the spot, and some follow up emails with images of ideas that had been discussed.
It wasn't a full-on interior design service, more of a style consultation.
I live in rural Galway.
