    Everyone's had a problem with them for years.

    They are worse than Eir for sh1te customer service.

    I'm with three for over 10 years now and, with the exception of the odd black-spot, it always works fine for me (mainly based in Dublin city center).

    Constant issues with the three network since my wife switched over recently. Intermittent ability to make and take calls. Full coverage yet people trying to ring me can get through intermittently. I try and call people and it may or may not make the call.

    Anyone else in the boat?

    They’re not. Eir don’t have a customer service, they don’t answer phones and if you are extremely lucky and manage to get speaking to someone, they are utterly clueless/useless. At least with Three you will get through to someone every single time within a short space of time.

    There is a 3 forum where you could get help from their support staff.
    They can check your account etc and perhaps advise on various things, for instance 3 isn't good in the sticks (if that's where you're located).
