I`ve had this media player for years, but now I`m trying to get the contents off of it using my win 10 PC, but for some reason it`s not seeing it. I`ve Googled til my hair has fallen out and I can`t seem to find a solution, some have mentioned the Discovery Tool from Iomega, but I can`t seem to find it. The drive is seen…

The drive is seen in disk management but it`s not showing any data on it??
