    Hi all,

Passed my test ! Went and subitted the cert and application to my NDLS center and got my receipt. I know legally I cant drive with this but need to drive for a new job starting tomorrow. What are the chances of being stopped and being done for it?

    My application has been submitted.

NDLS guy said it'll be fine you have 10 days to produce and that any guard would accept the receipt.

    Any feedback appreciated !

Legally you are supposed to still drive as a learner with an accompanying driver and L plates. However you should have your licence in time to produce if you are asked.

Put up your n plates and ask your insurance are you covered to drive on your own now you have passed your test and applied for your licence. I would also make sure everything else Is in order with the car.

I just noticed on the form I ticked the W category also as I assumed the car test covered this for a full license, but is the W category in fact a separate driving test?

If so because I ticked this on the form will it come back or will they realize based on the cert I only did B category test and will just put B category on it?

Freaking out a little now, don't want the application coming back!

    Thanks!

Thanks lads! One final question and I'm done, he didn't ask for any proof of PPSN, will this make the application bounce when the central processing get it or is it required? I'm sure he would have asked for it if it was important, they have it on file anyways from my learners permit.

Usually when applying they do alright but possible as you gave it for learner they took on face value.
