Non resident's property on HAP

Hello, I am Irish non resident. I would like to put my property on HAP. Can I do it? Or are there any restrictions on non residents. Appreciate your response.

Non residents can engage in HAP.
You will need a tax clearance certificate for HAP approval.
Also the HAP Hub will deduct 20% tax from the gross rents and pay it to Revenue.
You can use that against any Irish tax liability on the rents.
