Seiko SKX007 Running Slow

Hi, I've got a Seiko SKX007 (4 years old at this point). It generally had run about 20 - 30 secs slow per day, but for the last few weeks it's being running a good 5-6 mins slow per day.

Any recommendations for where I'd be best going in Dublin to have it looked at?

Fingers crossed it's just magnetised, any decent jeweller should have the kit to sort it in 5 mins (or buy one from Amazon).

The 7s26 movement is pretty robust and designed to be worn all the time, I've a 20 year old one that has only just given up the ghost last year (although that is extreme).

I can't recommend a jeweller, most will have a tame horologist that will do advanced watch work. Just be aware a service is probably more than the watch is worth, buying a new movement is cheap if you can find a 7s26 movement (50 quid max), don't know if cousins still stock them.

Possible to fit with a better 4R36 movement but you need a different stem/crown combo (common mod and cheaper than a new watch).
