    Hi,

What's the legality of trials and being paid for them? Do you have to be paid or is it at the employers discretion.

A probation period, or a trial to see if you can work? If the latter, look for a high turnover, as some low-lifes do continuous trials to get free labour.

The latter. Is it legal to not be paid?

    Not for myself btw.
