Macbook freezing after waking from sleep

    Within a few seconds of opening my 12-inch MacBook and logging in I get a temporary freeze lasting about 5 seconds. Happens every time I wake it from a deep sleep. Didn't always happen but has been happening since High Sierra at least.

    Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas?

    Fixed, I think. Either an SMC reset or Mojave 10.14.1 update did the trick, I'm not sure which.
