    Hi

I am being overcharged by eir Mobile. It's my first bill and I owe a part period bill, a full months bill and 8 cent out of plan charges which I accept as being owed. There is other amounts that don't add up nor do I accept.

Can anybody from eir advise? I can PM if I need to.

    Thanks.

Eir Mobile not Euro mobile as the thread title is a mistake.

    Hi bbgw,

Your first bill will always contain a part period charge therefor it will always be more expensive than any future bills.

Here is a link below that will explain these charges in full.

Thanks your reply. What you say is correct. However, I am being charged the part period, the month due and over a hundred euro extra that just don't add up there is a mistake. To note I'm not outside my plan either. What do I do about this. I've been on to customer service, and the eir shop and nobody knows what the other charges are for.
