    Hi
We have experienced reduced pressure last sat night in clogherhead,Co.louth and no water all day Sunday (except briefly for 1 hrs. late Sun night, reduced pressure).
It is now Monday morn. and still no water.
The only info from Irish Water is that they are experiencing "reservoir issues" and no updates on progress or estimate time it will be fixed.
This lack of information is not acceptable as it does not require much effort to provide an update so at least customers can plan around it.

    Hi fergus041,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We've received an update this morning that these works are now complete and the supply should begin to return to all affected areas.

    Thanks,
    Allanah

No water in Oldcastle, Co. Meath this morning, (some areas). We had a letter on 16th October saying it would be off Friday 19th October fair enough, upgrading is needed,  the following week on  Mondayevening, a young worker knocked on our door to say that the water would be going of the following morning until the Fri.

I rang Irish Water who told me it would be off the Monday & Tuesday. It was off one day only which was great.

This morning however, it is off again. I looked on your website & it doesn't give our area as being off. The lack of communication is appalling. I am disabled & my disability requires me to do a lot of washing, personally & clothing wise. I am left now with no idea when the water will be back on & no water supply.
Clear communication would be very welcome.
