Cancelling Account

    I'm out of contract and I called eir in regards to cancelling my account. When I finally got through, I was advised to fill out the cancellation form on the website, which I did, and that I'd receive notification of the termination in the mail. 

    That was well over a month ago and I still haven't heard anything. I've called back numerous times but was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time. 

    Could one of the reps here please help me to cancel my account without giving me the run around?

    Please PM me the link you used with your account number, full registered name, address, email & DOB. Can you please also confirm that you are the account holder I'm speaking with?

    The link to cancel an account seems to have disappeared from the website.

    I am the account holder and I'll PM you my info asap.
