    Hi all

Just currently filling these out. In the medical sector it asks about any tests blood tests you have had in past 3 years.

Iv had two one for finger swelling and pain came back negative and a second for urinary issues overactive bladder and he has one for stomach acid issue that has been sorted now

Is it advisable to be 100 percent honest here do they contact your doctor to confirm

You have to be totally honest, they will probably send out a standard form called a PMA to the doc for filling, no big deal, common as can be.

If you leave out something it's called non-disclosure and could affect the validity of your policy should anything happen even if what happened had nothing at all to do with the bits you left out.

Total honesty is the only way to go on a life insurance questionnaire otherwise it could be money down the drain.
