Samsung a5 camera blurry with any motion

Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue? If my phone, or the person I'm taking a picture of, moves even slightly, the image is blurry. This even includes stationary selfies, because just pressing the button at the side causes the phone to move a little and hence the image blurs. I have two kids and they are never totally still, so every picture I take of them is blurry too.

I tried to Google it, without success.

    Any suggestions are much appreciated!

OIS, if it had it in the first place, may have failed.

    optical image stabilisation

it means hardware-based stabilisation as opposed to that done by software

Do you have the A5 (2014) or the A5 2017?

    I think it's a case of the A5 having a poor camera.
Perhaps you should keep an eye on bargain alerts section for a discounted S8 or S9 which would have far superior cameras.
