Cleaner alternative to coal

    Hi, for last few winters we’ve used coal.
    Are there better/cleaner alternatives?

    Almost everything is cleaner.

    Try the compressed sawdust eco logs. They burn very hot.

    If you have an open fireplace consider a good quality insert, not a cheap yoke off donedeal.

    How do compressed sawdust eco logs compare with coal in terms of cost.

    What is an insert, is it a stove?
