Hi all, Would anyone know what's the story if someone gets issued a school bus ticket for secondary school two months after school year has started yet they're still charged full price on the ticket? Hi all,

Would anyone know what's the story if someone gets issued a school bus ticket for secondary school two months after school year has started yet they're still charged full price on the ticket? Can they get it paid pro rata? Just doesn't seem fair to be paying the full amount (17 weeks roughly in the term, only availing of 10 weeks transport).
