    Hi My contract is up soon with Eir. how much notice is required to cancel. My phone line is down again and i can't contact Eir

    Hi there,

    You would be required to give 30 days notice to cancel. You can do this by calling customer care on 1901.

    Is there any other way to cancel. Very difficult to get through to outsourced call center. Kinda ironic as appalling customer service is main reason I'm leaving.
