dongle to tablet

Had a dongle bill pay didn't use it anymore and bought a tablet , took sim out of dongle and did it in the tablet No problems with it bought a new tablet last week and took the sim out of the old one into the new one problem now is internet is not working can only make calls with it Whats wrong here??

Can you give some more detail, such as tablet make/model, SIM provider (Three, Vodafone or Eir)

Possibly an APN issue, have a look somewhere in settings and post details here. Also make sure DATA is on.
