FTTH, blocked duct outside Property, Eir, or Me ?

Hi, My FTTH install failed because the duct was blocked. I got a survey to check the duct, & they found that the duct is blocked at the base of the pole, on the other side of the road, before it enters my property. Is it Eirs responsibility or mine to get the duct cleared ? And if it's Eir's, how do I start that process.…

It would be your responsibility to have this work done. As far as I am aware knn assist with this for a fee. If you contact them I'm sure they will advise you further.
